Business-critical universe data exchange for a service provider of financial data
Smooth platform migration of a service provider for financial market data: DACH Digital exchanges the business-critical data universe and manages the adaptation of the connected front-end systems. The exchange of the data universe and the technical infrastructure of a service provider for financial information included the adaptation of all Java Enterprise / IBM-based front-end systems and the production introduction of the corresponding adaptations to a business-critical scale.

A mobile Java-based information system for the terminal devices of more than 5,000 power users
The aim of the project was to create a mobile information system for institutional users of mobile devices that provides both general financial information and personalised information on securities accounts. The client application should be multi-client capable and provide various starting points for customer-specific customising. The application was rolled out to more than 5,000 end devices of the customer.

Digitisation project
Digitisation is the strategic component of every bank.
DACH Projekt Consulting GmbH supports one of the largest private banks in Europe in all initiatives their digitisation strategy.
We support the customer in various areas of the digitisation strategy, including the conception and architecture for the development of a "New IT Stack" with a new platform also for the end customer. Whether the complete digitisation of all account opening routes (especially checking account, credit, custody account), introduction of SCRUM as a standard procedure, implementation of new technical specifications, development and migration on a decoupled IT architecture of the bank core system - we are the right partner.
Term: over two years, ongoing. DACH Projekt Consulting provides project management, conception and implementation with a team of experts on site at the customer's premises.
Retail trading division of a large German direct bank: Implementation of an Internet-based financial information system for end customers
DACH takes care of the entire securities information exchange infrastructure and the connection to a new low-latency provider for market data. The scope of the project included the design and implementation of the frontend to connect various service providers and the lossless porting of selected functionalities to the new functional scope. The provided system supplies the core functionality for the final business customers of the ordering party and serves a 6-digit number of constant users.
Duration: 4.5 years, DACH Projekt Consulting delivers conception, implementation and commissioning.
Digitisation project - Federal Tax Administration
BigData - The world of data is growing together. Data exchange across system boundaries, transformation and decoupling are challenges in modern IT system landscapes. Highly sensitive, safe, lossless. We were able to create a central service bus for our customer to enable asynchronous communication across system boundaries. The doors for micro-services and dismantling of the monoliths are wide open to the Federal Tax Administration (FTA).
Term: 2 years. DACH Projekt Consulting delivers project management, project initialisation order and completely completed concept phase according to Hermes 5.1. The implementation with an external team of experts on site and the handover to the line was also supervised by DACH Project Consulting GmbH on site at the customer's premises.
Digitisation project for the Swiss Confederation
The world of taxes is growing together internationally. Also is the world of global finance and the associated regulatory requirements. Data exchange across national borders is a challenge of our time. Highly sensitive, safe, lossless. We could facilitate our client to construct the worldwide central data exchange platform of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (FTA).
Term: two years, ongoing. DACH Projekt Consulting provides project management, conception and implementation with an external team of experts at the customer's site.
Development of IT security concepts for a heterogeneous IT network
DACH Projekt Consulting GmbH took over the complete support of the customer during the audit by the BSI, IT security concept compliant with to BSI Standard 100-2, IT structure analysis, definition of protection requirements, modelling of the IT network and basic security check, supplementary security and risk analysis as well as the subsequent design of the service catalogue were just as much part of our services as the certificate document installation in the foyer.
Duration: 1 ½ years. DACH Projekt Consulting GmbH was involved in the remote project in various on-side meetings and in particular moderated discussions between the customer's specialist department and IT departments. Furthermore DACH Projekt Consulting GmbH took over the entire communication with the certification body on behalf of the customer.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Order-to-cash / carrier connection in the area of voice over IP for a global player from the telecommunications industry
The goal of the project was the migration of several technical business processes from a Java-based proprietary process platform to a group-wide reference architecture (also Java-based). The Java-based business processes represent the core business of the Voice-Over-IP area and range from order acceptance to carrier communication to the provision of the finished product (VoIP connection provision). Several thousand processes are carried out daily with the finished system.

Unified Voice-Over-IP Architecture for a global player in the telecommunications industry
Migration of a high-load middleware to a group-wide standard and integration into
the international reference architecture. The aim of the project was to migrate an existing VoIP middleware from the proprietary, country-specific standard to the international group standard and to integrate the existing, area-proprietary system as seamlessly as possible into the company-wide reference architecture.
Duration: 0,5 years, the DACH team with many years of telecommunications experience and 7 colleagues on site
Future-proof CMS client for a 3-digit number of power users of an international telecommunications giant
The introduction of new functionalities for a 3-digit number of end users of a content
Management systems in the video-on-demand area of the international telecommunications group in access and non-access
area made it necessary to fundamentally extend the Coremedia-based CMS client for the editorial areas. The existing standardised CMS client has been extended by many functionalities that meet the new requirements of the existing CMS.

Digitisation project - Headend solution for inter-official communication in the ZEVIS and Digant-FS procedure
Project responsibility and management, conception of IT systems, implementation and further development, sales, planning and implementation, high availability, VPN high-security connection via TESTA/DOI/ISDN to the "Central Traffic Information System of the German Federal Motor Transport Authority" (ZEVIS), Bundesdruckerei, driving licence offices to the Digant-FS and European Car and Driving License Information System (EUCARIS) digital application procedures and other data transmission to the KBA.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
DACH supplies a track and trace system for a global player in the food industry
The aim of the project was the SAP-side mapping of a Track & Trace system into an existing supply chain company landscape. The challenge was to map the logistical processes and the associated country-specific data basis from product manufacture to the internationally distributed point of sale with the existing IT landscape and to integrate them seamlessly into the existing SAP landscape. The core function of the overall system was the possibility for the end customer to check the authenticity of the product before purchase using a mobile application.
Duration: 2,5 years, DACH Project Consulting takes over the program management of the entire project, DACH Digital accompanies with 6 SAP experts on site.
Integration of processes requiring validation into a SAP OER-based warehouse management infrastructure
The aim of the project was to provide a track & trace system that could be validated and to integrate the SAP warehouse management system into the trace equity scenarios required by regulatory requirements. The particular challenge for the customer was to ensure that the system could be commissioned without interruption in the geographically highly distributed production and logistics landscape for the individual locations.
Duration: 3 years, DACH Project Consulting takes over the technical control in an international context and supports at peak times with up to 20 Java and SAP experts on site, also at the international locations far away from the DACH region.
